Grilled Salmon Panini

Season your salmon with a drizzle of olive oil, and all purpose seasoning on both sides. To a hot oiled pan add your salmon and cook over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes each side. Once the salmon is almost done turn off the heat, and while the pan is still hot add in your thyme, garlic, and butter. Once the butter is melted base your salmon in that mixture and set aside. In a bowl add spinach, cream cheese. Then season with black pepper, garlic powder and mix until you get a smooth consistency. Grab a slice of brioche and add a layer of your cream cheese and spinach mixture. Once your mixture is spread evenly add your salmon on top. (Break the salmon down just enough to cover the whole circumference of your bread.) Next add your cheese on top of your salmon and top with another slice of brioche. Lastly place your sandwich into revolution cooking’s panini press. Then place your panini press into your revolution toaster. Hit the panini setting on your toaster and toast to your desired crispness and enjoy!
