Crispy Sweet Chili Wings

Season your chicken wings with all purpose seasoning. For the batter, add flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, fish sauce, and water, aiming for a pancake batter-like consistency. Fry wings in 375° oil for eight minutes until golden brown and crispy. For the sauce, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water over medium-high heat. Once it starts to boil, add red chili flakes, paprika, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and one garlic clove. Bring back up to a boil before adding in a corn starch slurry. Once thickened, it’s ready to serve!
